Macro mode iPhone 14 pro not working.

My macro mode on iPhone 14 pro works great on photos but it won’t work with video. It is turned on in settings. Can anyone please help.

Thank you for your answer. With the help of a YouTube video the answer is simple. Macro video mode will NEVER work in 4k 60 fps - when I reduce 4k to 1080 or 30 fps, it works perfectly. Perhaps Apple should clarify this.

The following steps should help you capture a macro photo with your iPhone 14 Pro:

1. Open Camera, then select Photo or Video mode.

2. Get close to the subject—as close as 2 centimeters. The camera will automatically switch to the Ultra Wide camera.

3. Tap the Shutter button to take a photo or the Record button to start and stop recording video.
