Beats Fit Pro keep disconnecting after a 7k first run :(

I just got my Beats Fit Pro, literally 5 days ago, and on my first running experience, it kept disconnecting, specially when I am too sweaty. It seems that these earbuds are not IPX4 at all. Anyway, has anyone been facing the same issue? is there any tip to fix? I am really afraid to use them again while running...

We want you to have enjoy using your Beats Fit Pro and would like to help with them disconnecting as you described. We have some suggestions that should help with this issue.


  1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth to toggle it off, then back on.
  2. Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
  3. Reset your Beats earphones
