Then you are out of luck. This is the site the seller should have used prior to selling it to you: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade In your Apple Watch, or Buy One from Someone Else - Apple Support. If purchase off of a Web site (i.e. eBay or Amazon), then contact them seeing if the seller can be held accountable , and if you can get your money back. You'll never be able to sync this, if you can't change the password.
