cracked, bleeding non healing fingers

painful cracked fingertips, unable to do my job. what has any one found to fix this problem, i contacted apple care, sent them photos, have heard nothing since. You can see where the skin is so irritated, its exactly where is use my finger on my phone and track pad on the laptop

i was hoping over the last 12 months it would clear up. but its soooooo much worse, i am actually in pain all day and if i even try to open a bottle of water it rips my skin open and bleeds, so fragile now.

i have to wear cotton gloves now. i have ordered an outer case and a nickel testing kit, be interesting to see just how much of these apple products have nickel leaching out of them, ill keep you posted. in the meantime, any suggestions other than what im already doing would be appreciated. note i have been an apple user since 1988. never ever had an issue...ever until 2018 when i upgraded my mac book. and no the latest phones.
