New iPad Pro Model A2759 cannot be successfully loaded from older iPad
I have tried all suggested fixes to stop new iPad Pro 11 inch from losing connection during downloading from iPad. Any help appreciated.

Are you attempting to transfer data from an old to new iPad, or something else?
What related “suggestions” have you already identified and tried? Unless you provide information, contributors here can only guess what steps you might already have attempted to resolve the problem.
In absence of more information - and making initial assumption that you are trying to transfer from an old to new iPad - these support pages should get you started with setup of your new iPad - and the methods of transferring your data from old to new iPad:

If the donor iPad, from which you are transferring your data precedes iOS12.4, QuickStart will not be available. If using QuickStart, ensure that both devices are connected to their respective Power Adapters - and are kept in close proximity - throughout the transfer process.
An alternative method is to restore either an iCloud or iTunes backup of your old iPad to the new device:
