Hi DonnieSue,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with your Memojis on your iPhone 13 Pro Max. We'd like to help.
After creating a Memoji, you are able to delete them individually but not as a whole group. Since you say they have all disappeared, restarting your iPhone may bring them back. Give that a try first: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later
1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.
If that doesn't work, a force restart may help: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Force restart iPhone
If iPhone isn’t responding, and you can’t turn it off then on, try forcing it to restart.
1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
3. Press and hold the side button.
4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
Hope that helps.
Take care!
