App Store Downloads and Updates

For some reason, in my accounts page on the app store, I cannot update apps. When I try to update them, they just load forever. I also cannot download apps, as they will also just load forever. I don’t know of anything I did that may have caused this, and I can’t find a solution. I have restarted my phone a bunch, and whenever it restarts my apps start downloading for ~10 seconds and then just freeze. It appears that I have like a 10 second period where everything works when I restart my iPhone. In the first photo, you can see all of my apps refusing to update and being stuck on loading. In the second photo, you can see two of my apps that are stuck on Waiting and one that was updating but is completely frozen.
