I am working on the latest version of macos and vscode and powershell core. When I am using local script to operat on Azure Cloud resources pwsh consume big amount of RAM.

Yes. :) My question was removed when I paste the screenshot, did not notice that. Sorry for that.
It is not heavy script, less then 100 lines, without any GUI to grab some stuff from, Azure cloud. I do not blame macos for that, but here I am looking for help, how can I investigate why vscode and powershell core are using 14GB.
Readers have have a wide variety if experience. But they are not likely to know the details of what you are doing with these scripts.
But the best source of help on this issue is exactly where you got the scripts to run in the first place.
If you don't like how they work, Don't run them.
