Guided Access

Hello,

I manage iPads for students where I work. Several of the iPads have become frozen in Guided Access. Unable to get out unless a forced restart happens. This has happened on different iPad versions, different iPadOS, and different MDMs. About 8 or so have done this. Is there a bug? Guided Access is used often by teachers to keep students engaged. Thanks in advance.
