hi I came serbia for vacation, because of that I dont have any payment methods in this country I only have turkish banks but I want to download taxi apps. It doesnt allowed me to change but I also cant download apps from this reigion can you help me?

You need to have a debit / credit card issued by a bank in Serbia.
You need to have a billing address in Serbia.
