2022 Infiniti QX60 Ringer Volume

I own a 2022 Infiniti QX60 and when using Apple CarPlay the if you are in a call and turn the volume up it also raises the volume of the ringer. Then when you get a call it rings so loud you think you are going to have a heart attack. Infiniti has not fixed it and I wanted to see if this was reported to Apple as a bug.
