Apple TV

Hi, Apple TV is stuck on downloads on my IPad. I use it with Wifi only. No cellular data on my iPad. What to do? Thanks

Applt TV is stuck on downloads on my ipad, even after turning wifi off I’ve read previous commentary about the ongoing issues with the Apple TV app and experienced this problem today. I’ve turned my WiFi and Bluetooth off multiple times, shut the app, and even rebooted my iPad, to no avail. It’s a 3rd generation iPad Pro, wifi only. Thanks

Verify that your Wi-Fi brings internet connectivity. Else try restarting the router.

Does any other app bring internet content?

Have you tried force-quitting and relaunching the TV app?

Have you tried restarting the iPad?

Is the Wi-Fi signal strong (three arcs)?
