Hi Juli9870,
Try the steps and article below for unpairing and erasing the Apple Watch. After completing the steps it will allow the Apple Watch to disassociate with your Father's account. You will then be able to sign in with your Apple ID and password to link it to your account. You will need your Father's account information to complete the steps.
If you want to pair your Apple Watch and iPhone again, keep your plan.
If you don't want to pair your Apple Watch and iPhone again, remove your plan. If you aren't going to pair with a different watch or iPhone, you might need to contact your carrier to cancel your cellular subscription.
8.Type your Apple ID password to disable Activation Lock, then tap Unpair".

Hi Juli9870,
Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.
We understand that the wrong Apple ID is shown on your Apple Watch. Check on your Apple Watch and iPhone for your Apple ID.
On your iPhone, go to Settings > your name.
On Apple Watch, go to Settings > your name.
If your name doesn't show on either device, have you father sign out on the device or remove the device from Find My.
Remove a device from your Devices list
If you’re not planning on using a device, you can remove it from your Devices list. The device must be offline in order for you to remove it.
The device appears in your Devices list the next time it comes online if it still has Activation Lock turned on (for an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or Apple Watch), or is paired with your iOS or iPadOS device (for AirPods or Beats headphones).
1. Do one of the following:
* For an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or Apple Watch: Turn off the device.
* For AirPods: Put AirPods in their case and close the lid or turn the AirPods off.
* For Beats headphones: Turn off the headphones.
5. In Find My, tap Devices at the bottom of the screen, then tap the name of the offline device.
6. Tap Remove This Device, then tap Remove.
Find these steps and more in Remove a device from Find My on iPhone - Apple Support.
Regards.
It’s my Apple Watch, my father never used it . It’s not on his devices list , but when I download an app it asks for his ID witch is very weird. Nether my iPhone or my Apple Watch are on his device list I checked
I already did it 3 times , when I pair it again with my iPhone and my Apple ID , it shows my name and everything but when a try to download an app it still asking for my dad ID which doesn’t make any sense at all , he never had this watch it was never on his ID
