Here’s how you can send a message to multiple people to start a group conversation:

1. Tap  at the top of the screen to start a new conversation.

2. Enter the phone number, contact name, or Apple ID of each recipient, or tap , then choose contacts.

3. Note: If one or more of your recipients isn’t using iMessage, messages appear in green bubbles instead of blue ones.

4. Tap the text field, type your message, then tap .

The Messages app automatically chooses the type of group message to send based on settings, network connection, and carrier plan.
