My iPhone was stolen a while ago and I had I cloud on it. The storage was not all the way full, but about to be and I can't figure out how to access the old I cloud to put it on my new phone.

Sign into the old account an make sure iCloud is activated in Settings.
Typically an Apple ID is an email address you have used.
