How do I remove my original Apple ID from my iPhone 12

If you wish the leave the data on your iPhone and ONLY sign out of your Apple ID, then you can Open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ Scroll all the way down and choose Sign Out.
If you want to reset the iPhone and delete all data and return it back to factory settings then open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Transfer or Reset iPhone ➡️ Erase All Content & Settings.
