Apple Maps for Ventura 13.2.1 has defaulted to metric distances

How do I change distance units to Miles in Apple Maps for Ventura 13.2.1? The option that used to be under "Maps" > "Settings..." > "General" is no longer present, and the Maps help page does not yield an answer for where the setting is now located.
