Having trouble with Apple Mail Ver. 14.0- deleted messages still appear in the inbox, but the text of the email is gone. Also, I can't move messages from the inbox to a folder (mailbox) at times. Tried quitting and re-starting the app, but the same problem occurs. Please advise...

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Quitting the app and relaunching is always a great step. In your troubleshooting, did you rebuild the mailboxes to see if that helps? If not, take a moment to do that now as it will resync the content: Rebuild mailboxes in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
1. In the Mail appon your Mac, select a mailbox in the sidebar.
2. Choose Mailbox > Rebuild.
