I bought a 4 pack of apple air tags. 1 will not connect, it says its associated to another apple id. I checked and confirmed in my other family members phones that it's not associated to their phone. I looked on found.apple.com and it does not have any information associated to the serial number. I tried many many times to remove the battery and perform the reset, I never get a different sound. How do I get help on this?

apple support verified the AirTag is not associated to any ID and that’s it’s defective but since it’s not under warranty anymore it’s basically useless.
