Headphones not working

When my headphones are plugged in the sound is still playing through the iPad, not the headphones, I thought maybe there was a problem with my headphones but I’ve purchased 2 new pairs and I’m still gaining the same issue. The port works 100% fine charge my iPad, so frustrating!

If your headphones don't work with your iPhone or iPad

1) Update and restart your iPhone or iPad
2) Check for debris, damage, or loose connections
3) If you can't hear any sound or if only one side of your headphones works
4) If your microphone doesn't work


We recommend the steps above because they will show you what to do if you can’t hear sound from your headphones.
