Some of the songs that were bought from Itunes display this message and don't play

Location Restrictions:

Sometimes, purchased items are removed from he iTunes Library, and then never become accessible again. That all has to do with licensing between Apple and the Federal government. So, they were removed from the iTunes Store within your governance.
