You'll want to be sure you're following these steps to listen to your purchased music from the iTunes Store in Apple Music on your Apple TV:
1. Open Musicon Apple TV.
2. Navigate to Library, then select an option in the list to display your music in categories such as Recently Added, Playlists, Artists, Albums, Songs, and more.
3. Select a song to play it.

If that doesn't help, let us know what happens when you attempt to play your music. Also, let us know where the music was purchased from and check to be sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase it initially. We'll take a closer look from there, if needed.
