I am not able to use Snapchat in my iphone 12

Hello, i logged out of my snapchat before 2 days for just a moment and when i tried to log back in it says due to failed attempts or suspicious activity your account is temporarily disabled. I went to snapchat web to get help from Snapchat Support but they are not responding my mails. What should I do now. My Snapchat account is still working in other devices but it’s not working in my iPhone 12. Please solve this problem. Thank you
