So today I got my battery replaced by ISmash and I have a battery message and it says unknown part and i already knew. So I was wondering when the message will be gone forever/disappear? From Today

The warning will be in settings forever. Your phone is unsupportable now that it's been tampered with.
Not sure what you mean by "the one underneath your Apple ID".
It doesn't really matter at this point.
You can ask Apple if they will replace the battery with a genuine apple Battery, but don't be surprised if they turn you away.

Eventually, the pop-up will stop, but you will have the warning in setting forever.
The shop you went to is not an authorize Apple service provider. They don't have access to genuine Apple parts or the tools required to properly install or register them.
In all likelihood, Apple will not touch that phone now that it's been tampered with.
