when updating apps on my mobile phone some how my Apple ID says my name and email but when updating apps it some how is linked to my sisters Apple ID and I don’t know her password how can I unlink her ID to mine

We understand you'd like to update apps without being prompted for an Apple ID that is not yours. We can help.
The way to resolve this is to delete any affected app and then download the app again (which would then use your Apple ID).

- Install the desired app Download apps and games on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
