Issue with iPhone 13, Need Help!

I have a issue on my iPhone 13. I just purchased this phone and it seemed to be working perfectly, but today I encountered a problem that I cannot seem to fix.

My iPhone 13 appears to be stuck on a black screen and I cannot get it to restart. I have already tried holding down the power button for several seconds, but to no avail. I have also tried connecting it to my computer, but it is not being recognized.

I really don't know what to do, I am desperately searching for a solution. I need my phone for work and I cannot afford to lose it.
