My Apple Watch charger isn’t working

Recently I bought a fast charging Apple Watch cable and I was working perfectly until about Wednesday 22, 2023 I plugged the cable into my Thinkpad computer which has a C charger port and when I plugged the Apple Watch cable in it completely shut my computer off and stopped charging my Apple Watch later on that day I went home and tried using a fast charger box and that didn’t work either I don’t know how to fix this problem, by the way the charging cable has no visible scuffs or tears and looks perfectly new but it isn’t working.
