Please post back with the exact HP printer model. Any information about the device or computer you want to print from?

If you wish to print from an iPhone or iPad (such as the model in your profile), an AirPrint-compatible printer would normally be needed. The printer and the iPhone/iPad must be connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router).

If the printer is not an AirPrint model, it may be possible to print from an iPhone/iPad if HP provides a special app compatible with that printer model.
