Apple ID help
My old iPhone 7 had my old Apple ID, I wasn’t using the phone for months due to personal reasons when I decided to use the phone after the period of time I forget the passcode since it was so long since I used the phone. The phone then locked from too many login attempts. I took the phone to Apple to try to factory reset it but was told the phone was too worn out and old to actually complete the reset. So I then bought a new phone. My old Apple ID with all my previous contacts, photos, apps etc won’t let me login even thought I have the correct Apple ID and password for it, it needs a confirmation from my old phone which is unable to be used since I got a complete new phone & number. How can I get my stuff back?
