Apple Developer Enterprise Program Enrollment Taking More Than Two Months

I want to enroll into Apple Developer Enterprises Program (in-house program) I registered for the account January 20, in February I got call from Apple asking some questions and I asked the lady that I want to enroll to (in-house program) she said she will send me a link to enroll again in enterprise Program, she sent the link on February 6 2023 and since then till now March 27 2023 my account is only showing "under review" I have contacted Apple Support about 6 times just saying "under review". Also I tried calling them the agent keeps directing me to the contact support page on the website.


I need assistance someone should help, what can I do again?


What I need is to upload my Company Apps on Apple for the company employees uses alone not on AppStore, I will appreciate any assistance from anyone.

I kept calling the number and the agent gave me to another number which is +1 800 275-2273


I called but they are closed for today,I want to ask please,

If I call and I'm able to explain everything in detail to the support agent will they be able to get the account approve for me? So that I can enroll in the Apple Developer Enterprise Program (in-house).
