Problems with an external hard drive in Mac OS

So, I will tell you more about the problem. Due to the obsolescence of copies, it was necessary to completely clear the Time Machine partition. The deletion was done via Mac OS Ventura (it is worth noting that it was the deletion of all files through the Finder, not the formatting of the partition) and at one point the deletion hung for about an hour. It was decided to pull out the disk right away, since the computer did not respond to the cancellation of the deletion. After that, the Time Machine partition stopped mounting, and the second data partition was mounted, but through long time, compared to what it was before this whole story. At first, an attempt was made to format through a disk utility, but it failed. The error "Could not open the disk". After that, the disk was connected to the machine on Windows 11 22H2 (22621.1413). It worked fine there and mounted much faster than in Mac OS. In disk management, the volume was formatted in exFAT. But after connecting back to Mac OS, the volume continued to be defined as Time Machine formatted in Mac OS Extended (Apple_HFS) and was not mounted. After that, there was an attempt to launch a disk utility from under "Mac OS Recovery", but there the computer simply hung up when opening the disk utility with the problem disk connected. Just twisted the "lollipop". What would you recommend?
