Airpods Pro Gen 2 Mismatch
I recently lost my Airpods Pro gen 2 case. I went to an Apple store to replace the case. The case they gave me looked to be a Generation 1 case. First Question: is this a problem? and should I get the generation 2 case instead?
I was then told to keep the Airpods in the case for 45 minutes to let them mesh together. However, after doing that, it gives me this error of my Airpods and Case are mismatched and do not belong to me. It also doesn't charge my Airpods and leaves them at 1 constantly. I've literally tried every single fix in the book, I've reset my phone, reset the AirPods, and tried everything. Second Question: how do I fix this?
