Apple Magic Trackpad 3 Lagging with Macbook Air M2

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased the new Apple Magic Trackpad 3 and paired it with my Macbook Air M2 via Bluetooth.

However, I am noticing some slight lag when using the trackpad, even when it is at 100% battery. Nevertheless, it works 99% effectively when using usb mode but this is making me second-guess my decision to invest in the expensive Magic Trackpad, as I could have purchased the MX Master 3s instead.

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue or has any suggestions?
