Locking Taskbar to display

It does not happen often, but when I have my Mac Pro in my desk setup using 2 external monitors, the taskbar sometimes will transfer to another display and I can not get it to come back to my main display where I want it to be kept at all times. Is there a way to lock the taskbar to a display for when its plugged into the desk with my other monitors?

Show menu bar on all screens - macOS Ventura I am currently running Ventura 13.1 on a MacBook Pro 13 (2020), with an external monitor. After updating the OS the menu bar is showing only on one of the screens. I would like to have the menu bar showing on both screens. I tried setting this in System Settings > Displays > Arrange Displays, but there is no option to set the menu bar to be showing on all the screens. I also tried setting the option in System Settings >> Desktop & Dock >> Menu Bar >> Automatically hide and show the menu bar to Never, but that didn't do it. Mac Dual Monitor without apple menu bar and Prevent Second monitor to go black while one is fullscreen, is possible? I spend long hours working on my MacBook Pro and usually use a second monitor on which I put youtube videos (fullscreen) to pass the time while I work. It has always bothered me that the apple menu bar appears on the second monitor, I have managed to disable the apple menu bar from the Mission Control preferences but when doing fullscreen with youtube, quicktime, etc. the other monitor goes black Is there a method to remove the apple menu bar on the second monitor and at the same time prevent the other monitor from going black when doing fullscreen?

View a window across two displays at the same time. MacOS used to be able to have a single window visible partly on one display and partly a second. It was very helpful for referencing items or visuals. Now when I move a window to be visible across two screens it dims on the secondary one as I move it and then disappears completely from that screen when I release the mouse button. I'd like to go back to that original ability. I don't see any settings to manage that behavior. Am I overlooking the setting somewhere?

What are you calling the "taskbar?"

There is a Menu bar, Toolbars, Sidebars, and the Dock. Which of those is the "taskbar?"

Apologies, I should have been more clear. I am referring to the Dock at the bottom that holds your applications
