ive just cracked my phone and wanted to know if I get it fixed will it reset my phone?

While your iPhone may be erased as part of the service process, you can always use a backup you made of your iPhone to restore it from when you receive it back after service. For times like this one, it's always recommended to back up your devices regularly.
