Mac Mini M1 + APC. Wrong UPS level. None of the shutdown options work.

Hi all!

Does shutdown mac mini work correctly with APC for someone?

I have the following issues:

Incorrect indications UPS level.
None of the shutdown options work.

Affected versions MAC OS - 13.0, 13.1. 13.2. 13.2.1, 13.3.

Mac mini, macOS 13.3

I really believe this is a hardware issue but unless the first line of support at Apple escalates my tickets, then this issue will continue on until I decide to get rid of this MAC M1 Ultra.... I don't see a place to attached my EtreCheckPro report....

Macbook Air M1 not shutting down. I am trying to shutdown my MacBook, however it restarts after few secs instead of shutting down. Facing this issues after updating OS to 13.4 and continues after updating to 13.5
