Can’t sign in on Apple TV

Changed broardband providers now Apple TV won’t work. Have changed all the settings manually because it would do it automatically. But when I sign in with my Apple ID it says unknown error

Apple TV app claims computer is not authorized, even though it is. Apple TV on Windows 11 stopped working. It keeps saying that the computer is not authorized, even though it is. I have tried removing the computer from the list of authorized devices and then adding it back from the Apple TV app. I can see that it disappears from the list of authorized devices (leaving 4). When I then authorize it, it pops back on the list, but Apple TV just tells me that I have authorized too many computers, and that this computer is not authorized. I have also rebooted, uninstalled Apple TV and reinstalled it. I'm running out of ideas here. I should add, that I'm not running a vpn Clock/timezone appear correct that my phone / TV work just fine

I can not access apple TV through my Rocu box. Problem for last few days. I am a monthly subscriber. Bills paid by credit card. Get a message to sign up when I have all ready signed up.
