Today my 14 plus get the latest IOS 16.4.. it features new option(beta updates) in software update section. After updating my device these option not showing on software updates.. what should i do then.

You won't have anything else unless you are a registered developer with Apple, or you have been invited to Apple's AppleSeed program.
You might be able to use the public beta which will be released at a later time.

This isn't necessarily true. I am most definitely not registered as a developer and wouldnt even know where to start to do that but I was updated to iOS 18.

Wait for the official release of iOS 18 in a few weeks. There is no reason to install a beta at this time.

I have a 14 pro and I got iOS 18 then the other day when I went to download ios 18 beta 8 it put me back to its iOS 18 and put my stuff back to normal I don’t know why

If you can't figure this out, then beta is not for you.
Just sign up for it using a google search and it should allow you to access it on a web page, then it should show up.
