System Settings Notification Bug

Why my System Notification displays a notification if there's no update to be done?

I have done all the updates, deleted some .plist files from the Library/ Preferences restarted multiple times and nothing works.

I need a solution please :) Thanks

Remove red (1) notification badge from System Settings I just rebooted my MacBook from Sonoma and reinstalled Ventura, as soon as the Home Screen pops up I get the one red notification on my System Settings that the Sonoma Update is ready, which I'm not updating it too. Notifications on MacBook Air aren't happening. Is there a fix that I can do? My MacBook Air is not showing the Notifications although I'm receiving them on the right side of the computer, when I click on the Notification it won't load the webpage.

No Major issues were found, only minor issues as showed in the following image.

Could it be because of something in this list?
