I want to refund my new iPhone 14

Hello,

I want to refund my new iPhone 14 and buy the iPhone 14 pro max instead. I bought the iPhone with the electronic Sim as a gift to my uncle which doesn’t work in Israel and unfortunately I need to return the phone and I’ll ask to buy a other one for myself. 

I’ll be back in the states in three weeks and will be able to physically return the device I bought 13 days ago. 

Please instruct me what can I do.
