Unable to sign into iCloud for windows

I've tried to sign into iCloud for windows on both Chrome and Edge and only get a small window with a red circle with an X in it and an OK button. I can sign into iCloud.com with no issues. I've uninstalled and reinstalled iCloud for windows, renamed my PC and changed my Apple ID password.
