Touch ID Stopped working for banking app after upgrading phone from 6S to SE 3

I used touch ID for all my apps on my iPhone 6s with IOS 15.7.3

I upgraded my phone to an iPhone SE 3rd generation IOS 16.2

All my apps still work fine with touch ID, except my PNC Mobile Banking app. I called them and they were no help.

I saw some OLD posts talking about this issue and it being an Apple glitch, but I haven't seen a fix. My banking app doesn't even show Touch ID anymore in it's settings, but does show Face ID. My phone still has the Home button and doesn't have Face ID.

I've re-installed the app and turned touch ID off and on, on the phone to no avail. I saw where some used their fingerprint on the home button even without the pop-up and it worked. Not for me.

Anyone else have this issues with iPhone SE 3 with IOS 16.2?
