iOS 16 media service terms and conditions confirmation loop

I first updated for iOS 15 to iOS 16.3 and found myself unable to update my applications on my iPhone XS max.

so I waited for a new update.

today I updated to ios16.4 hoping the issue would be fixed. And yet I am still stuck at the confirmation loop, not able to confirm the new terms and conditions.

please help!!
