is it possible to ask a relative to pay for my Apple Music on my behalf from home , if so how ? because I travelled to a country where the App Store is not functional. I had a vpn that abruptly stopped working … I’m here until mid year and I don’t know how to fix this ..

With that said, when you return to a supported region, your service should function normally.
