Vibrate for one contact on silent mode

Hi,

My phone is always on the silent mode, and the "Play Haptics in Silent Mode" is off. If this setting is on, I believe all notifications are default to vibrate.

Given these two facts, what are the ways to have my phone vibrate when a specific contact calls me?

Get my iPhone 11 to vibrate when I get a message, ring when i get a call? how do I get my iPhone 11 to vibrate when i get a message but ring when i get a call? i don’t want it to ding when i get a text message, email, etc. i do, however, want it to ring when i get a call. i normally have my phone on silent (vibrate) because i *hate* the ding sound when i get a notification. i have epilepsy and my aunt called me 14 times and left work because i wasn’t answering. i was asleep but she thought something had happened. this is really important to me and if i could get some help that would be great! :) [Re-Titled by Moderator]

How do I configure my iPhone to vibrate ONLY for phone calls? I have tried everything, but cannot configure my iPhone to vibrate ONLY for incoming phone calls. Have set to Silent Mode, as well as Haptics > Play in Silent mode. Go to Sounds & Haptics, set None to every Alert (Haptic and Alert Tone) except Ringtone, but still most apps vibrate when sending a push message. I've even gone to the individual apps (Amazon for instance), and turned off Sounds, but it will still vibrate when I add an item to my cart. How is this possible when I have every alert/tone/voicemail/mail in Sounds & Haptics configured to Haptics > None. Does anyone have a solve here? It's been driving me mad for years. Amazon setting that will still vibrate when I add to cart:

You can try setting a custom vibration for that contact. Go to the contact, tap "Edit" in the top right, select "Ringtone" then create your custom vibration.

I don't know if this will work but it's the only thing I can think of.
