Ad Sound Plays in Background

I have a sound effect that plays in multiple programs for no apparent reason. The sound is from the Royal Match ad. I have uninstalled (and reinstalled) the games in which the sound will suddenly play. I have restarted my iPhone. I am at my wits end! How do i get rid of it?
