After 16.4 Update, All My Home Screen Labels Are Black And I Can Barely Read Them Now. Can I Change it Back to White?

It will change automatically based on Wallpaper Colour. Lighter Colour wallpapers will have black letters and darker wallpapers will have white colour letters.
