iPhone 13 mini iOS 16.4 fails to login to local carriers voice mail while latest iPhone SE iOS 16.2 is successful.

After updating my iPhone 13 mini to 16.4, the saved number (with pauses, #, etc) which logs me into my local carrier's voice mail began to fail with a message that the information submitted was incorrect even though it has not changed. I can still use the same saved number to log in using an iPhone SE running 16.2.

I had been on 16.3 prior to the update to 16.4. This appears to be a regression in iOS 16.4 where it is not sending the correct characters.

Has anyone else seen this or is aware of a known regression in 16.4?
