Hi,
My Apple watch tracks everything ok (sleeping time, heart...) except respiratory rate, which isn't tracked at all.
It is triggered "on" in the watch app on my iphone.
Two clues maybe :
Any ideas ?

If your watch is paired to your own iPhone and the family sharing is just for app sharing then you are OK.

I search the Sleep app on the Iphone appstore then sent the link to myself and clicked on it on my watched : solved !

The link to the Sleep app that you're missing, provided it's supported by your iOS/watchOS versions is Sleep on the App Store.
If installing that app doesn't help, you can contact the appropriate Apple Support team to investigate this further.
