The Sleep app (the one with the little green icon of a bed) is no longer visible in the Watch app on the phone, or on the watch itself.
I can access sleep data from within the Health app on the phone. But, there is no longer direct access to the sleep app itself, which there used to be.

Never mind. I was able to download and re-install using the App Store directly in the watch. The App Store from within the phone would not find the Sleep app when I did a search. But, it found it when I searched from the App Store in the watch.
For anyone experiencing a similar issue with the Sleep app, or any of the built-in apps on your watch, the following Apple Support page has instructions on restoring deleted apps, as well as which apps can be deleted.
